“From start to finish your customer handling from the Teeside store was diabolical, after all the times I have shopped there and never had a problem, this last experience beggars believe, and to cap it all, I've been informed that it may take up to 10 days to be reimbursed, if the money is not back in my account by Monday 22nd then I will be taking legal advice, Totally not acceptable.”
