Normally very good service, but let down on last order in September due to problems will dispatch dept. Full refund promised. Order cancelled and I lost my 20% discount on the item.

Brought a pair of shoes with a promotion code online, however they didn't fit. Took the shoes to Reading to exchange and they were really helpful . Told that the promotion had finished and paid the extra for the new shoes, only to receive a text 2 hours later saying the promotion was extended. Bad timing I guess ? In general it's the best online/store there is.

28.09 - I made order - big bertha v-series driver. 30.09 - confirmation and joke:We're pleased to confirm that your Direct Golf UK order: OR4424221 has now been despatched from our warehouse and will be with you shortly. 07.10 two emails, two phone calls - silence. 08.10 email to parcelforce and an answer: Our tracking information suggests that your item is still at the senders address awaiting collection. I would advise that you contact the sender directly to confirm the collection date that they have requested for this parcel. Bravo! Great job Direct Golf! 7-10 working days delivery - very funny.

The driver I wanted was showing as Out of Stock on line. The Helpline located one in store and despatched. great service!

ordered goods and paid for on 27/9/15..still not arrived..sent countless emails...no replies from direct golf..tried phoning all week..lines are down.have used D.G many times in the past without issue,normally tremendous service,very very dissapointed that they won't even reply to my email as at the moment it's the only way they are contactable.very poor that a business cannot get their phone lines sorted within a week!

At this point in time I can not get in touch by phone or email nor can I track or trace my order which was dispatched on 30/ sept not happy at the moment kchalloner Budleigh Salterton

A disaster from start to finish. It started with an advert that stated there was 20% off all bags which proved to be incorrect,, only applying to limited bags. Next an order which had not been delivered after five weeks, in spite of me chasing it. It never ever arrived , but that did not stop Direct Golf sending a message saying I had returned the goods ( even though they had never been delivered!). I now await a refund which I trust will be processed with much greater efficiency than the original order.

Where is my delivery ? Ordered on 28th September and apparently dispatched on 30th but still waiting for it .. tracking hasn't changed since 30th, stuck on Order Generated.. frustrating!!

I ordered a TaylorMade Catalina Golf Bag online after a week and receiving nothing I emailed Direct Golf and they offered a full refund straight away (have to wait up to 10 working days to get the money which I think is a bit too long) I do not have a store near where I live so ordering on line was ideal. I will use Direct Golf again but will wait to visit a store rather than ordering on line.

Disgusted with the service. Took payment from me last week on the 30th for an order I placed in August and stated it was dispatched on the 30th and still no order or indication of when it will be arriving . Tried phoning and the telephone lines are down. So no way of tracking my order. Actually feel robbed

Absolutely shocking service. Informed item dispatched, a week later still no delivery, no way of contacting dispatcher and phone lines been down for at least 2 days, so no way of finding what's happening Save time and effort and buy from somewhere else.

Ordered a Ping putter at a very attractive price. However, no communication for over a month so called to find that it was out of stock and they had cancelled the order!. They did eventually manage to source one, apologised and promised some free balls as a gesture of good will. Whilst the putter arrived within three days, the balls didn't, Called again, promised call back didn't happen so called again. Eventually 6 Mizuno balls turned up three days later - a modest gesture I would suggest. People generally pleasant, but there are a lot of alternatives out there.
