“Wrong hat size sent. Had the inconvenience of having to wrap and post - special journey required since advised to obtain proof of posting receipt. Requested that the correct size hat be sent. That didn't happen just got a refund. SO not out of pocket but ended up with the remainder of an order that I wouldn't have bothered with which was only to bring the order size up to a sufficient level to avoid postage costs.”

“Website easy to use, as cheap as anywhere else, and could use voucher from Bunkered. Downside was when items delayed due to out of stock, no update received, until I contacted them. From then customer service was very good and once in stock delivered within 24hrs free of charge.”

“Bought two items in the sale, pair of shoes and a glove , both very good quality . Direct Golf kept me well informed with my purchase , with regular up dates . My three day delivery took two days, with a text message from the delivery driver informing me of my one hour delivery window. It was very easy dealing with Direct Golf and I would recommend .”
