“I ordered 3 pairs of golfing trousers for my Son the deal was buy two get one free, as one pair was out of stock they sent alternative, I ordered all 32 waist 34 leg and the alternative they sent is 32 waist 32 leg so I now did not receive the deal on offer but need to take trousers back to shop. Not a very happy customer, felling let down by something so silly if I order long length why send regular?”

“Order never arrived and was only told the items were not going to arrive once I emailed customer services, communication after my order was placed was not good considering it was a £667 order and in the end had to cancel and place with another supplier.”

“when i went to the Edinburgh store to collect the item, i had to wait around 10 mins to be served, and when asked about buying a further item, Ecco shoes, was told didn't stock. i said the DG website stocked, but just told that store didn't stock this year. No offer to order .”
