“online delivery service and customer service is second to none, my only gripe is why a lot of Dguk list prices are higher than other retailers, they do price match but I don't want to call up for this, I just want the lowest price online so I can purchase there and then. Still one of the best online golf retailers though.”

“I have purchased many items from Direct Golf, recently I had had to return a pair of shorts for my son due to the sizing guide being wrong. Although the guide did match the size on the shorts, Nike are obviously using a different length of Inch. I contacted customer services and spoke with Scott who sorted it out and ordered me the smaller size which were delivered out as soon as the first pair were returned. Keep up the good work.”

“A bit disappointed as I received an e-mail from you offering 3 free golf balls and 6 free rounds of golf if I took out your Golf Insurance. Unfortunately I deleted the e-mail in error although I wanted to take advantage of the offer. I spoke to customer services but they knew nothing of this offer. I took out insurance anyway but not a good a deal as I thought. John Ford”
