“From ordering to receiving the goods everything was brilliant. I had requested a particular delivery date which was taken into consideration, in the morning of the delivery day I was sent a delivery window which was promptly met. The chairs (Masters in white) look great and don't differ much from the real thing for a third of the price and they are actually really comfortable too. They also came well packaged. If I ever need any other bits of furniture I will check MDM first. Thanks for a perfect service! CJ Wagner”

“great service and quick delivery. the outdoor chairs I ordered collect water though in a puddle where you normally sit so had to drill some holes in it. apart from that very happy with the process.”

“I ordered a Madyson chair as a sample for a client, with a view to ordering 8 in total. When it arrived it was damaged. I have emailed twice with accompanying photos, to try and get it uplifted and replaced with another, but cannot get any response. This is proving to be very frustrating, as it makes me look bad to my client and I cannot get the specific job finished until I have 8 dining chairs in place! The service up until I received the chair was excellent - but now that there is a problem that needs resolved I can get nowhere with it, Roisin www.rmccroryinteriors.com”

“Ordered 4 chairs to match ones previous purchased from MDM but unfortunately they were from a different suppler so didn't match . After contacting customer services they swiftly found me replacements from the original batch and speedily exchanged them. Great comms and customer service .”

“I bought 6 Philippe Starck Style Masters Chairs. For the price I paid they are just ok. They look the same as originals (in photos) - but they feel cheap and look cheap. The plastic plugs on feet keep coming off. If I was buying them for my house, I would have returned them, and would have bought the originals. These will most probably end up in a garden at a rental property. Some replicas are great, but in this case I do wish I did go for originals and do wish I paid much more. False economy.”
