“Tables damaged, unhelpful delivery man, unable to illicit a response to telephone calls and emails following delivery. Nothing pro active came from direct home living”

“Easy buying experience. Items arrived on time, with good advance notice. Delivered into the house and unpacked. Items well packaged and no faults. Didn't take the packaging away, but the box came in handy anyway.”

“waited2 weeks for item to be delivered,poor communication,paid for item by PayPal ,pay after delivery,item only arrived after PayPal paid,if you don't want PayPal and then don't use it,having said that the toy box is very well built and fits in with our decor very well”

“First time ordering furniture online so very cautious. Needn't have worried customer service when ordering was very good and apart from slight delay due to Christmas rush delivery was efficient. Worth paying for the installation and removal of rubbish. The furniture was perfect and really pleased as saved £1800 by buying online”

“Desk is great, good quality! When this was delivered at first unfortunately it was damaged, scratched up etc due to the courier but the company dealt with this well and got a new one sent out with a different courier ASAP and packaged it much better too this time so was perfect. Thanks!”
