“Excellent service all round. Very precise delivery times, almost to the minute. Slight problem with a chair which was rectified immediately. If only all internet companies were as good as MDM. Mark, who I dealt with is a top man with a clear understanding of what the customer wants.”

“The product was fab and exactly what had been described...the courier company that this company use.. Yodel ..however were awful...asked to stay in all day from 8 -9pm!!! they gave you no expected time and couldn't contact the driver as he had no mobile !! So I stayed in all day and they failed to deliver by 4pm...I called them and was told no one was in when they tried to deliver!!! You can imagine I had a long debate with them and they redelivered at 7.30pm that night...great product awful delivery service..I want to order more from this company but won't because of the delivery...shame...they are let down by their suppliers..”

“After a stuttering start with problems with delivery dates and times and one item arriving damaged. I could not fault the product or the customer service so well done MDM on a great value product and excellent customer service. I will definitely use your company again.”

“Great Eames style chair, packaged well and arrived quickly. Some of the pieces were missing though and the email contact supplied did not work. However when I phoned this problem was quickly solved and the missing piece was posted within a few days. Overall im very happy and would use again.”

“We are very pleased with the chairs we ordered. They were very reasonable, easy to assemble and arrived on the arranged date. We were missing a couple of tiny components which I emailed MDM about and they arrived the next day. Great products and service.”

“I ordered two chairs that arrived on time but were too small and not suitable for my intended use. I wanted to return them but the cost of to do so was so prohibitive I had no choice but to keep them. Be warned to read the fine print in regards to return, make sure your double check your measurements or you may be lumbered with an unsuitable product like I was, that was not worth returning. Their returns is not quite as transparent as suggested on their website.”

“Generally very very pleased with the furniture. However, the downfall is that I recieved no email confirmation about my order meaning I had no peace of mind that my order had been processed. Subsequent to this I tried calling the main office 27 times within the opening hours to confirm my order but with no answer. I even checked the company for any recent scams due to lack of communication! For these reasons I will not be using the company again, I would rather pay more and have good customer care from a reliable company.”

“Very speedy international delivery and overall lovely chairs (tulip side chair). However, the cushion color wasn't the one I ordered, which was rather disappointing. Since I didn't want to return such a huge delivery to the UK I decided to keep the chairs and try to find another solution for the cushions. Not what I was expecting, therfore minus 2 stars.”
