“I was given a delivery date, and the chairs I had ordered were not delivered. I called and was ensured they would be delivered two days later, upon waiting in for the delivery (for the second time) I was then to find that only one of my four chairs had arrived. I have now had to schedule a third delivery date for the remaining chairs. Your customer service team has been very helpful when I've called, but communication and actual service has been pretty poor throughout.”

“Chairs are as described - fab. They arrived very promptly, delivered by a very helpful courier who brought the package into the house for me. The chairs were superbly wrapped and protected substantially. Can't fault the whole transaction - would buy again from this company. Excellent!”

“MDM offers a good online presence with descriptive product details and pictures. The ordering process is very straight forward and simple to use and the items I purchased were in stock so there is good notification of products ordered being despatched but the company would benefit from using a delivery company that has tracking updates as there is no indication how many days delivery would take or roughly what time of day the goods would arrive. At the moment its just a generic good despatch email confirmation but on both occasions I ordered, the goods arrived around 4 days after that email which is ok but would be good to know exactly what date delivery would be made, something which in this day and age should be standard practice.”
