“The chairs are as described and what I was looking for. The delivery took longer than I had anticipated and I felt the need to confirm that the order was being processed, as I had only received automated emails. When I exchanged emails with MDM Furniture, the order then arrived promptly. This was 7 days after I made the order. I didn't need the chairs urgently, so overall I'm happy with the value for money of the chairs and with the personal customer service when I contacted the company.”

“I purchased four Maximo 2 Cube Solid Oak Storage Units. They were delivered promptly two days after placing the order. they were easy to put together using just a screwdriver and a small hammer and the finished units are of solid oak construction and are just the job for what I need. in fact I am going to order two more.”

“Fantastic service, really happy with the bed frame and bedside tables. Delivered the day I wanted, which was next day, and not a given, but amazingly arrived in time for guests that night who had been warned that they may be on a mattress on the floor. Thank you so very much, will not hesitate to use again and have given you details out time and agin for service and quality.”

“Bought a chair which I feared was not being produced anymore as all sold out in eBay shops. So pleased to find it here to make a pair. Price was reasonable and the service was exceptional!!!! Delivered next day, well packaged and just the job. Highly recommend this company.”

“Ordered a Lexington bed and two bedside cabinets. Had been hugely let down by another supplier, but MDM were superb. Called on Thursday morning with my tale of woe, was listened to very empathetically. Placed the order, really needed the items to be delivered next day but no promises made as very large items but did say they would do their utmost. Blow me down with a feather! Arrived home after work on Friday to find the items delivered. the boxes were completely undamaged, ergo the contents were immaculate. Thank you, thank you, thank you! So very happy with the furniture, putting it together was clear and and concise so bed was up ready for Friday night. Will definately be using these people again.”

“Very happy with our purchase of Charles Eames kitchen chairs. They are of good quality. Disappointed with delivery. Ordered at the weekend for next day delivery Monday on the website. We did not receive our chairs till 8days later. I was concerned about delivery as I work. I was told I would receive notification when they would be delivered. This didn't happen. I was very fortunate that the kitchen fitters were here working and took delivery.”

“From discussions/order in the showroom on a Saturday to delivery and installation on the following Thursday of a desk and large dining table I can genuinely say things could not of gone more smoothly! Excellent all round. Nick White”

“i was extremely disappointed with the delivery part of my purchase as it took weeks to get it delivered, with no contact until we contacted them and even then we had to email and call them on several occasions until it finally arrived! However on the plus side the replica eames rocking chair was a really good price, easy to assemble and looks really good, it is comfortable to sit in too. The chair deserves a very good rating but service really should be a very poor hence I have marked it in the middle.”
