“I had to cancel the chair as they couldn't confirm a delivery time. They were very polite and the refund was back in my bank account the next day.”

“Part of our order arrived really quickly, was packaged nicely and the chairs are great. However, we've had no notification that the remaining chairs were delayed and the website simply says 'awaiting stock' with no indication of expected delivery date. Such a shame because prices were good, delivery was free and the products received are excellent. A bit of customer communication and my rating would have been very good.”

“I placed an order over 15 days ago & so far have heard nothing!! No email to say when I will revive my goods or what's happening ! Not good enough, the chairs were in stock so I'm baffled as to why I still have no chairs”

“Prior to placing the order for the bar stools I rang to check that you could do a Saturday delivery as claimed on your website. The reason being that there wasn't an area to select the delivery schedule. We were told to place the order and ring the following day to speak to Steve to arrange the Saturday delivery. We did that only to be told that you don't support Saturday deliveries. Your policy needs to be really clear and transparent to the Customer. Also the email you've sent out for the review has a typo 'bored' should read 'board'.”

“hi linda from swindon just had a clear chost chair deliverd. my daughter had 2 original katel ones one was damaged in a move saw your web site and orderd one . she is so pleased as it was half the price of her original all right it doesnt have the kartel stamp but ha ho cannt tell the difference. service was quick and good thanks .will definitely order again.”
