I got my glasses today they look different to the picture the top half of the frame looks almost see through in the picture but the ones I received are like a brown colour not what I was expecting I would like to change them

I received my glasses today 14th September. I was very disappointed I have worn varifocals for years, my glasses today we're single vision I couldn't see very with them. I sent my prescription to them, frames fine but very loose M laughlin

I now get replies from Kerry but she will not answer my questions, just keeps saying she wants a revised order. I need to know how much refund I will get if I cancel the order an how much refund i will get if i update my order. Why do you not have a phone line?
