“Excellent Service, really came through in a mini crisis I was having. My daughter broke her specs a few days before a big trip overseas. It wasn't the easiest prescription to fill but this company came through and ensured the glasses turned up in time. Zoe in the firm kept me up to date with the progress and put my mind at rest. The glasses themselves are good quality- maybe a little big, but that was our fault for not providing enough measurements (we were in a bit of a stressed rush)! They got her through her trip though and a disaster was averted! I would recommend this company to anyone. Stellar service and great customer engagement.”

“I've had a completely different experience to the below people on here. Easy to select and order on the website. Communication via email kept me up to date and I opted for the next working day delivery service and have received them on time. Everything as hoped for. I did have a side question and I had a response within minutes from Maria who has already sorted it so couldn't ask for more. Would happily use again if I needed a pair of glasses in a hurry.”

“I had previously purchased off Direct Sight with not problems. I recently placed an order for a reglaze of my glasses,I read reviews and became extremely concerned, there were so many negative reviews. My glasses arrived wasn't quite happy with them, I contacted Direct Sight who were extremely helpful. Return my glasses one week later they arrived back to me. They are excellent ! Needn't have worried at all. Thanks Direct Sight for an excellent service.”

“I ordered several pairs in different designs as I hate wearing the same frame all the time. I ordered 5 pairs of varifocals 2 weeks ago,so far I have received 4 of them. I'm suitably impressed. Frames seem good quality and I can see in all of the pairs. I definitely recommend them.”

“Sent my glasses recorded delivery I forgot to put any information in the parcel I sent them an email to let them know everything and they emailed back within 24hours and they received my parcel the next day and was sent the following day so it took like 2 days after sending them to receive them I could praise& rate them enough ! 10/10”

“First time I have used this company . Ordered 3 pairs and received them in a week .Then realised I had used the wrong prescription .Phoned them up and was told send them back and will remake free of charge !! Received them today . HAPPY CUSTOMER WILL USE AGAIN !!!!!!”

“Great! Had two sets of new lenses put into my titanium designer glasses and both were great! I made a mistake on the prescription on one of the orders and directsight put in the correct lenses for me for free. Very good communication (even replied on a Saturday). Waited about a week for each order.”

“I dont usually leave reviews but felt I must. What an exceptional service! I ordered my glasses one week ago and they turned up today. They fit perfectly, the quality is very good and with the correct prescription - all this for £24.95. I have previously paid Specsavers £280+ for one pair of glasses which I was never happy with - wont be purchasing from Specsavers or any high street retailers again and will be recommending Direct Sight to all of my friends.”

“I send my new Armani glass frame to be reglazed. Right after I send it I started to read the review and I got completely terrified. A lot of bad review. I kept telling myself that only people that had a bad experience write a review. I received my glasses after 15 days in great shape and perfectly reglazed for great price, very happy with them. The only complain at that time was that, they send them in a paper box and not in the case I used to sent them to direct sight. I contacted the customer service to make them aware of the situation. They asked me for a picture of the case and guess what? 15 days later the case was shipped to me. I am really pleased with the service and will use it again in the future.”

“What a bunch of lies. I've used these guys for 6 sets of reglazing, and ordered a pair from them, in the past year, for myself, my father and mother, and for a friend. They can take a while when busy but top notch service, prescription came out exactly as I ordered it, and it costs next to nothing compared to the high street retailer! I have never recommended a website more in regards to glasses Completely unfair reviews left by others, the sort of customers you wouldnt want to deal with as an independant retailer”

“I have had around 3 pairs of glasses via direct sight now (i constantly loose them) for £20 a time i'm very happy. I have been wearing glasses since i was 6 these glasses are far Superior to the boots glasses i had as a child they were a nightmare and by far the worse glasses i have ever owned. I wear my glasses all the time (hence having several pairs as i miss place them, order a new pair then the originals turn up) They are of the same quality as my converse glasses (in fact all have anti scratch on the lenses including my converse, the converse have scratched and the direct sight ones are still perfect) I've recommended direct sight to various people who have all been happy with the budget glasses.”
