“The purchase and delivery of the tennis shoes could not be faulted. Unfortunately, my granddaughter has wide feet (G fit) and she couldn't get the shoes on, so we have returned them. The return was efficient too. I'm just waiting for the refund. It would be helpful if tennis shoes were graded according to width as well as length.”

“I bought Babalot badminton shoes which unfortunately the sole started coming off after 3 wears of them on court, so immediately sent them back highlighting they were unfit for purpose. Had a response stating they do not refunds and have sent them back to manufacturer for assessment. Got to wait 21 days, so had to buy another pair of Addidas shoes and they don't feel too great either on court, bulky shoe and no bounce as it so states. I've stressed I want refund or a credit note or i will take this further.”

“I purchased these as this is the brand I wear sketchers… little dissapointed as they are very stiff and hard.and cumbersome I’m used to the fabric sketchers so won’t be purchasing again I’ll stick to the comfortable fabric ones can’t fault the speed of delivery”

“I urgently needed some indoor shoes for my son following a slip in the sports hall and found some ASICS on the Direct Squash website in his size and at a great price. I ordered them on a Friday and paid for next working day delivery and to my amazement they were delivered on Saturday morning! The shoes are excellent and I will definitely use Direct Squash again after such a great service!”
