“From ordering to delivery everything went smoothly”

“Thanks for asking me for a review. I have purchased a lot of golf items fron sport direct. Unfortunately, most of the items that have been sent and delivered are wrong items, i.e., wrong sizes, wrong colour, wrong items in the package. This is frustrating as I need to sent them back, paying for returns via Evri to Sport Direct when already payment have been made for the delivery. When this happens, it appears items are been pushed/enforced on us customers to make money. This us total lack of respect to customers/their orders. Those who work in the warehouse needs attention to details to ensure this does not happen. Kind regards.”

“I’m a customer for many years, but honestly the delivery partners they have and they are useless and no respect towards customer, took next day delivery and chested without coming with a blank image saying tried for delivery and when challenged they delivered following day but when asked about next day charges to be refunded as not delivered, saying that address wasn’t given properly, but nothing changed on address over years and in-fact on this delivery too which they did following day and refused to pay back tho r extra charges i payed for next day delivery. Im not interested to use this shop anymore as not trust worthy and package came a but damaged too. We are better off to shop elsewhere and pity is though they knew all they refused to treat customer correctly. Why customers should do business with them, they need to think, i lost a valuable day for what i ordered and on top this humiliation is not acceptable”

“Bought a pair of Babolat Jet Tere All Court Mens Tennis Shoes (Grey-Aero). Delivery was faster than stated. Compared online prices and Direct Sports was easily the cheapest at £48.99 (51% off)! Love the shoes but some may find it on the tight fit slightly if you have wide feet or need to wear an insole/ankle support. Despite that a great shoe at a great price. Will definitely buy from Direct Sports again.”
