Customer service is quite good and it was fast delivery too. The only complain I got is with Yonex that I used the recommended string type and tension for this racket and the string last only for two games which is very disappointing.

Tennis balls are getting expensive especially if you play 3 times per week and only get 3 uses out of them. Bulk buying at a price of approx. £4.30 each is the way to go if the option is there. Tubes on their own are approximately £7 so at least £2/3 on each tube. Delivery was good.
