“Terrible customer service. Although I am a size 5 I ordered tennis shoes 5.5 just in case they came up a bit small but still far too small. There was no indication on the website that they are small for size and to order much larger. I was unhappy at having to pay to send them back as I liked the trainers but sizing terrible. When I questioned this payment, they were not helpful. Pro Direct are a much better company to deal with.”
