Customer service sucks, takes them several days to answer an email. Somehow my order got cancelled and I couldn't figure out why. They finally emailed and said I cancelled my order on 1/21/20. I never cancelled my order but that's okay. I know a reputable company that I can use.

I submitted an order on 1/14 they charged my credit card the next day and updated my order to shipping in progress. One week later when nothing happened no update no shipment I sent an email asking if my item was backordered or something. Two days later, no reply, so I tracked down their customer service number and canceled my order. If they are legit they need to do much better, I will not order from them again. I ordered the same stuff plus some other items I needed the next day from elementvape.com and my order will be here tomorrow.

I’ll never use this half assed company again. Made an order that they stated was “in stock”, after 2 weeks went by I got ahold of their customer service and was told it was out of stock. Dale

Their system could verify my age. Even though I gave them my SS and copy of my I.D. That's not what made the experience not inviting or easy. What turned me from using this company in advance is I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK! the company never tried to contact me. I had to track it down as the customer. horrible customer service.

They shipped my package a week ago and it never came in, and the tracking number they gave me was sent to a completely different state

I ordered naked brain freeze 60ml it was on sale for about $10, he qualified for free shipping and 15% off coupon. Unfortunately, the item is out-of-stock, I never heard anything from the company, finally when I sent them an email a month later they said it was out of stock and they did not know when it would be back in stock. Then when I looked on their website it was apparently in stock but at a higher price. I don't know where there was a bait and switch for what but I am unhappy. I would avoid this seller there are plenty of other options

I've been a repeat customer for over a year. Quality products with fast, accurate shipping and great prices. I've used other online vape stores....Direct vapor is definitely the best.

This company is shady. How can they take your money when the item isn't in stock? I cancelled and was told it takes 3 to 10 business days. They took my money immediately knowing they didnt have the product. I'm giving them the 10 days and if I do not recieve my refund my lawyer will get in touch. Its not the money, its the fact that they think they can play with people's money. If you're considering ordering online from them consider all the bad reviews on this page. I should of came here first.

Not in stock orders beware... What happened to me was I never got my order "not in stock item". It will ship as soon item back in stock = Good luck with that.. If the item back in stock they would ship, but if the item never in stock.. There will be no refund, no exchange or anything.. I email them I want a refund or exchange for a new item. They respond will refund, it's been 3 months, still no refund.. First two years I had great experience with them, now I don't trust them anymore.. Items not in stock problems.

I really loved their low prices, and high availability. I ordered the 2 day shipping on Thursday, and it came in on Saturday, exactly as expected. I will definitely buy from them again. Once I placed my order, I looked at the reviews, and was incredibly worried. But to my surprise, it came exactly as planned.

I spent 20 extra dollars to buy the two day shipping, and when I track it on the second day, its in Memphis Tenessee. Incredibly disappointed, and lots of money wasted.

Products In stock ordered in late October, two products weren’t in stock and almost 7 weeks later NO money has been returned and their excuse is that they were delivered. Products still out of stock 7 weeks later. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK, then good luck

Products never delivered and know after 8 weeks they say it was delivered then though it’s still not in stock. No return of money, bank will have to go after them. Hope this helps, try EIGHTAPE.com

They suck big time! They send me the wrong stuff! I order a Novo 2 kit and they sent me a nord kit! I will never buy again anything from them, also my order wasn't complete! Big fiasco!

Ordered an Aspire Breeze on 11/20/19. It read that the order should be received in 8 days which should be 11/28/19. Here it is 12/5/19. No product, contact. Guess I got ripped off. Hope you’re reading this before you purchased anything. Stay away.
