“Well they have the syrup, just add to basket and pay! Simple! Plus they use Dpd easier to talk to and courteous couriers. If there is an option to collect that be nice too.”

“It will probably make me happy when I receive it! For reasons unknown, somebody in your company, changed the address as a result I am still waiting. I stayed home on Friday awaiting delivery but can not guarantee that I will be home the following days!”

“Changed the delivery date but it delivered on the same day that i have changed from.luckly i just came home and able to receive it.And the price should show the vat. On the first page so we dont get any surprises ie. Vat. at the end of the order. Thanks”

“We buy Discount Coffee for work, and enjoy it immensely. I do find it somewhat disappointing however that special offers are available on a limited basis, and that there doesn't seem to be any loyalty scheme in place.”

“I order coffee and the speed and quality were fantastic. Unfortunately there was an item missing. My order included a buy 1 get 1 free offer on the signature blend and I only received one of these which was very disappointing. Could have been a perfect but short changing a customer for a Kg of coffee is poor”

“Hi there I had a problem with the packaging when delivered the boxes were in a bad way resulting in some of the lids being damaged approx20-30 in one package and 10-20 in another,the straps were almost off the boxes just kinda bad really.”
