“The products are great and arrive on time. A couple of times I've received wrong items but not the end of the world, have emailed and the company has sorted it out. It's annoying I can never ever login, even with a password change. Which means I miss out on points unfortunately”

“This product is so chocolatey and smooth with a deep dark chocolate smell which makes my eyes light up. I bought this to make my self mocha coffee, which literally out does any mocha in Romford. Truly a game changer. The only gripe, it would have been nice to get a pump with.”

“Fast delivery of the items I ordered. Sometimes items are out of stock, and then I have to delay putting in my full order to avoid having to pay shipping for a second order. Would like to see a wider range of sugar free syrups if possible.”

“After a few issues with the initial order, which whilst it arrived in a timely manner but incorrect the correct order arrived. The customer service were supportive in resolving the issue and responded to all email correspondence quickly. Good value for money and would use again.”

“Prompt service from Discont Cream, products for making temporal art installations were of high quality. However, Yodel couriers are supremely overworked. On both days the courier was so overwhelmed by the amount of parcels and parcel theft to deliver that they were unable to make delivery within the window prescribed by yodel twice in a row.”

“Love the products and prices but wish they would stop using FedEx (next-day) as both times they have been used for delivery I have waited for days with no updates from Fedex and no response to messages sent. Fortunately Discount Cream were responsive on both occasions and helped me out, but the extra admin and delays are not great for my business. I will use Discount Cream again but not if I need stock urgently.”
