“I ordered my product on 07-30-24 they charged my credit card and no delivery. I have emailed the company, I have called both locations and left messages without a return call. I have called my bank and told them to stop payment now that is has been 18 days.”
“Ordered on 7/19 and the packaged hasnt even been received by the post office yet. Extremely disappointed in the speed (or lack of) this company operates by. Where is my order? Whats taking so long. No communication and then you send out a review request and havent even shipped the products yet.”
“I would give five stars except it took a week before my order was shipped. Not a problem since I had enough on hand to hld me over. I did not use the tracking app called Order I think it was as they wanted full access to my dmail account. Other than that, I received my order in good condition and saved 27.00 dollars.”
“I recently tried a new product thinking it would work for me after two pills. I was very nauseous and my heart race so I asked for a refund since even though it was a good product I must’ve been allergic to it ..all places I’ve done in the past which I rarely return anything have always honored a return if it did not work for me, this is the first place that I have found that said no refund once it’s open so I was very disappointed. So be aware Returns.”
