“I ordered a product for lung support 9 days ago, and frankly really need it since Ive had a bad chest cold, but the tracking number still tells me USPS is still awaiting the product. 9 days later… I checked the shipping policy and apparently discount nutrition has up to 3 months to ship the item before offering any assistance or refund. Had I read this policy prior to ordering I would have ordered the product from a different site. Would not order from them again, and really hope I receive the product in the near future”

“Buyer beware: I attempted to purchase a Chinese formula on here yesterday and due to their site malfunctioning, there were three duplicate charges to my CC. I called them and asked them if they could cancel these transactions, but due to their glitchy site, I never even received an order confirmation email with an order number, so they said they couldn't help me (this doesn't seem right to me). I had to call my CC company and ask if they could reverse these charges but now I have to wait until the transactions go through--they even said they thought it seemed sketchy.
I do not recommend trying to purchase anything off of their site and would recommend finding another online retailer altogether.”
