Not the type of service I was hoping for.

“It has been about a month and I never got the correct products I ordered! I contacted them over and over via email and phone. They responsed via email half way through and sent me a tracking number, but USPS confirmed that they only generated a number, but nothing was shipped still after several more days! They were full of excuses and refused to tell me who is in charge when I called and they never called me back ever! Steven Lucchesi is listed as Discount Nutrition's manager online!”
“I ordered protien 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. This item was not labeled out of stock .
Also, after taxes and shipping, I paid more than getting it at the store so the name discount nutrition is a little misleading.”

“I was billed twice for the same order. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I went to cancel my subscription because I couldn’t confirm that it wouldn’t happen again. The subscription was locked and *cannot be changed* until after 6 orders have been billed. So instead I had to cancel my card.”

“I placed a.order and some.how it picked up my old address. I immediately responded to the email like it stated to do. This was done within 7 minutes. Then the email came back undeliverable. I tried responding again no answer. Found a phone number tried calling several times no answer. Found another email. All I got back was order confirmed. Did not respond to my email about my concern about address. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM.THEM!!!!”
