She was very knowledgeable and helped me to cancel an order already being processed so that I could purchase a more compatible monitor from Discount PC. “The computer was well packaged and clean on the inside as well as outside. After Installing Windows 10 Pro all is working great. I was able to use the Dell service tag to download current drivers for the BIOS and network card.”
