“The shaft that the flag pole mounted on was a little over sized. It supposedly the same size as my old one but the flag pole would not slide on. I had to grind the post down before I could use it.”

Hi John, It looks like you have not yet received our shipment for the flag poles. We've already started an investigation with UPS to relocate the package for you.
