“Really pleased with your products, prices and delivery. That kind of covers all the bases doesn't it? We had a hot need for an event, I sent you a message over the weekend, you responded early Monday morning with exactly what I needed to hear, we made our purchase an hour later and we received our shipment a day before the event. “We ordered a kit (banner, tablecloth and a curve tube display) for our event. It came out so great! We had issues with the quality of our logo that we first provided and they caught it on time before printing. So we had our designer redoing it and the final order was amazing. We are very pleased with the company's professionalism and communication level. It was our first order but definitely not the last!! We recommend it for the quality of service, product and good price. It was done relatively fast!! very impressed....”

“This was my first order from your company. I was pleased with the service and turnaround time. However, I was not pleased with the plastic caps on each end being taped on with what appears to be "Scotch" tape. Does not look very professional for the cost of the items. Also on the 57" banner, there were lines across the top in two places where it was either scratched or rolled wet. I am sorry to complain about this but, I was not the only one that noticed both things, my customer said something immediately.”

Hi Chan, The Scotch tape is for transportation purposes, so they don't fall off/ get lost easily inside the box. They are meant to be removed during unboxing. We can also send you replacement print for scratches. Please send us more details via email and we will take care of you. Robert
