“purchased a roll media cart, ended up with one that won't fit our media. Would have sent it back at our expense but they charge a 15% restocking fee. Won't be purchasing any sign products from them. Plenty of other suppliers out there. Found a proper media cart less than 1/2 the cost of theirs.”
