“The product is very good. Score is good only because the steel straps are only 36” long and there was no option for longer straps forcing us to buy them elsewhere and incurring additional expense.”

“The shaft that the flag pole mounted on was a little over sized. It supposedly the same size as my old one but the flag pole would not slide on. I had to grind the post down before I could use it.”

Hi John, It looks like you have not yet received our shipment for the flag poles. We've already started an investigation with UPS to relocate the package for you. On the other hand, let us know if you are in a time crunch, so we can resend a brand new package out, free of charge. Thank you for choosing Signworld! Robert

“We have purchased 5 retractable banners. The banners are great once up in action,, except one has been horrible. The banner keeps getting lost down in the track. Here is where I give this company a poor rating . They said it is still under warranty so they will fix for free BUT... they want ME to pay the 50$ to ship their defective product back to them. The end clips fall off constantly see picture. We put finally gorilla glued them on. The top clips fall off constantly too, and if you lose that part you can't use the banner. You will have to buy new parts for $5 plus shipping from the company. We have finally put tons of caulk globbed on to the little end caps to keep the banner from getting sucked down into the track”
