“Don't usually do reviews, yet I love to read them! So here it goes: 1. Amazing customer service. from the online chat to Jessica! Jessica was fantastic. 2. Product arrived ahead of my deadline - again exceeded my expectation. 3. Product quality is fantastic. 4. Could not find any instructions on how to hand the pole banners in the boxes, however, did find a great video on the website. So all good there. 5. Communication on the order was timely and complete. 6. I highly recommend Signworld!”

“Printing is very good. Only issue was on upper right a little crease where not straight where retracted. Otherwise great for the price. Will order another one soon....”

“Product quality is always top-notch. And, the interactions I've had with staff reinforce my confidence that it will stay that way - especially when I make a mistake in the order and they catch it and confirm before proceeding. Ordering is somewhat easy. But, the artwork upload system relies on clients to rename files to connect them with the order. Clients need a way to manage the uploaded files or at least to see them visually connected with each order.”

“Product is great, service was great & delivery was quick but expensive. Shipping to Canada is unreal, shipping fee with customs brokers fee was same as price of the item.”

“Well run process. A bit confusing that you pay and then upload artwork. As a consumer it made me anxious that you would complete order and send with no art! If you could have printed message saying “don’t worry order will not be complete until we get your artwork” or something loke that.”
