“we have had some ordering problems but most of your staff is very good. if they had our account open on their computers I feel the process would flow better than now as we need to review the order a couple of time before completion and confidence we get what we need.”

I really like the fact that they don't just print your item if they notice a quality issue as some printers do...they contact you about the issue and allow you to correct it.
