“I do have complaints, but I first want to say that the two individuals that I spoke with to correct this issue, were apologetic and helpful. This is a summary of the detailed tracking from FedEx and emails from Displays2Go. On Thursday 02/26, I received confirmation of purchase from Displays2Go of order number WEB210283461,at 12:42PM, and FedEx received shipment information at 3:55PM. From Friday 02/27, at noon, until Tuesday morning 03/03, FedEx traveled 885 miles, and ~60 miles out of the way in passing Hickory to go further south to Charlotte, then back north to Newton, NC (15 miles from the final destination), only to find the furniture damaged. Total trip time was 89 hours. The return trip to Fall River, MA took 29 hours. On Thursday 03/05, I received an email about the damaged furniture. Twelve days later on Friday 03/17, I called to find out what the status was of the original order and had to re-order and then received another confirmation email at 10:26AM with a new order number: SPL0102629. Eight days later on Wednesday 03/25, after seeing the charge on the credit card and not receiving any shipping information or a tracking number, I called and had to re-order the item for the third time, with the new, new order number: SPL0102767. I am hopeful to finally receive my podium this Monday but not confident in my expectations of your carrier, Fedex.”

“While the webiste approval page is a bit confusing to manuever through the overall purchase, expert consulting on artwork, and delivery were right on! We love how our booth turned out and can't wait to take it on the road. The picutre was taken as we were testing how fast we could setup all the goodies we ordered. Although it took us a little bit to get it setup the first time, it was actually pretty easy.”

“The cardboard brochure holders are great, very sturdy yet inexpensive. The only thing I could suggest is folding instructions be included. Without any, it took me a minute, but I figured it out and was good to go!”

“5 Stars: It's well made, very unique and catches the eye, which is just what I was looking for. I really enjoy displaying it, thank you ... Poor Delivery! I live in a townhouse condominium and the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong door! Thank goodness I was sent a delivery verification with a photo, so that I could find my delivery. Thank you for the delivery verification with a photo!”

“We ordered printed replacement panels for a LUX SEG Backlit Pop Up Display. The back panel was approximately 8" too wide and the front panel was approximately 8" short in width. Not functional at all. Our sales team did their best to hide the flaws at a tradeshow with another product banner. I hope Displays2Go makes this right.”

“Furniture arrived on time with good communication from the FedEx Freight driver and the company. All pieces arrived undamaged. Assembly was a little clunky at first as the instructions are less than clear. We had a group of 5 people assembling 7 pieces total (two 48" retail counters, two 70" retail counters, two corner pieces, and one 70" glass display case), and it took about 4-4.5 hours. I am very pleased with the quality of the pieces and would recommend Displays2Go to others.”

“Fantastic item. We wanted a dispenser that had a hinged lid so it could be mounted outdoors in harsh weather. We modified it slightly by drilling a second set of holes to attach to a fence post with zipties. This is a solid product with a self-closing hinge that has served well. Quick shipping, too.”
