Ordered several cocktail tables with covers for a work event. Very impressed with how sturdy they are and how incredibly elegant they look with the black covers. We have limited storage, so the fact they fold up and take up very little space is appreciated. I just placed an order for additional tables.

We ordered several items and paid extra to have them delivered to our high-rise building dock area. We gave Displays2Go the dock hours and specific height of the dock. They sent a truck that could not deliver and had to return the following day with a van. Then, we find out that they shipped us the WRONG items. They notified us that the shipment would be ready for pickup last week on Thursday so we hauled the items back down to the dock, printed a BOL and no one showed up Thursday or Friday. Now we are getting notified from the building security that the items MUST be picked up today or we will have to haul them back up to our suite. The replacement parts are supposed to arrive tomorrow???

Received the shipment but unfortunately it was not complete. Three boxes were received first and days later I received the fourth box. Some of the parts needed to assemble the displays were missing; not included in the shipment. I have emailed and requested the missing parts but still have not received them.

Hi D2G, The ordering process went smoothly, but the delivery could use some improvement. The display case came on two rickety pallets that were sitting on a 45 degree angle. Very precarious. And we were under the impression that installation was part of the delivery service, but we may have imagined that. In any case, we installed with four members of our team. It was a nail-biter, but we got through unscathed! -Chris & Rebecca

The person we worked with does not respond in a timely fashion to emails. She’s currently not responded at all. The design she did was very child like when we sell alcohol and childlike seems inappropriate. We’ve still not been refunded as she will not respond to our request. Defiantly will not use your services in the future.

I ordered a product that was in stock online, only to be told that it was out of stock over a week later. Then once I had found another product elsewhere to substitute (scrambling), I'm told that Displays2Go did in fact have stock. Additionally, the artwork proofing took extra days to respond vs. what is committed to on the website.

Purchased a monitor mount that enabled me to hang a monitor from the roof of a book case. It arrived quickly and was well made with all of the required mounting hardware. The only issue I had was with the instructions. The mounting arm needed to be rotated about 30 degrees and it wasn't obvious how to do this as the four small set screws that needed to be loosened were not mentioned in the otherwise good instructions. I figured it had to be possible, so after studying it for a few minutes gave that a try and it worked.

The digital review process took 2 weeks and one of my proofs had a font substitution which I noticed and could fix. The shipping was expedited so I didn't miss my event (came in the day of the event) which made me nervous BUT I realized that other banners had font substitutions but it was too late to get it fixed. I place the order 3 week prior to my event to insure that everything went ok. I have used your service prior and have not had any issues until now.
