I ordered a dome with a base two times and both domes did not fit the bases.

I’m new to your site and products. First of all, the item arrived cracked and broken. My first encounter with Customer service was terrible. Tia kept me on the phone for 23 minutes and assured me that she handled the return properly. She issued me a reference # D2GCM000001754. Then she quoted me a return amount of $230.29. She assured me that i would receive the refund within 5-7 working days. I called back 4 days later and spoke to James. He was terse and sounded like he was having a bad day. Much to my dismay, he informed me that the return was never proceeded correctly. Luckily, I trusted my instincts and followed up with the return status. Otherwise, the pending return would have stayed in limbo without any resolution. I literally asked, “you mean If I had never called, I wouldn’t get my money back?!” I was infuriated because after wasting 23 minutes of my time, she told me everything was fine and the return was processed correctly. I lost confidence in her abilities after she continuously put me on hold and literally needed someone to hold her hand and walk her through the return process. 2 words: incompetent and unprofessional This has been my overall experience with your customer service. I will NEVER shop here again and frankly the quality of the defective product was questionable. There’s no way this cheap hunk of plastic is worth $200+. I’m glad it was broken. I want my money back. I find solace that one of these days I will get my money back. You can expect a call from me on Tuesday if I don’t see a credit I’ve been keeping a phone log of the people I’ve spoken to in your customer service department Hopefully, I get my money back. I want my refund tomorrow. I expected 3-5 and that isn’t going to happen. Needless to say, yes I am very disappointed and irritated with you people

gReat product, great price, quick shipping, a little tlike CHristmas eve with six kids toys to assemble but we made it in time!

The cart works great on and off carpet. The only thing is that the picture showed a shelf mid way down and mine did not come with one which was a little disappointing. It is easy to raise and lower and has plenty of surface are for my laptop. I don't feel at risk for tipping which was an issue with other carts.

I tried calling for assistance and was on hold multiple time to ask questions about the product and had to hang up after waiting over 30 minutes to an hour. Not satisfied with the product.

The products were as good, quality products but the shipping costs were unreasonably high. I damaged three 8x10 product frames that I had used for multiple photo display and needed replacement frames for a cost $28 and shipping cost $30! $30 for 3 pieces of 8x10 plastic that weighed ounces!! I only bought because I already had a wall of these photo frames and did not want some awkward frame that did not match. Those shipping prices will NOT have me returning for any more products.

The lectern I ordered came just as advertised. It is sturdy and looks good in our auditorium (church setting).

I pretty much had a disaster. I needed a display stand for an art show to display framed wood cut prints. I emailed Customer Support with questions on product. The online details were extremely vague and not specific. Term used was hook and loop. Not familiar with that term. I purchased a display stand that was unuseable for my art show display of framed art work. I returned the display stand unopened and have not been credited for my return purchase amount or received reply to my emails from Customer Service regarding refund. Not good.
