“I ordered a carpet through their online store for a trade show where I was going to exhibit. I made sure to order in good time and also informed Display2Go of the deadline by which I had to receive the carpet. Nevertheless, even after I rushed to complete a wire transfer at their request, they didn't check when the transfer had been received and I had to keep mailing them to check that the wire was received and to ship the carpet. When they finally decided to ship the carpet it was only a few days before the start of the trade show but instead of shipping the carpet with 1-day delivery, they chose to send it with 3 days delivery. Needless to say, I had to go to HomeDepo and buy a cheap carpet as the carpet from Display2Go arrived two days into the trade show. I think it fair to say that Display2Go has really bad communication with its customers and doesn't prioritize the wishes and needs of its customers. I asked to get a refund on the carpet but Display2Go insisted that I had to pay for the shipping cost myself when returning the carpet. That would have cost more than what the carpet was worth, so I kept it.”

“Daniel did a great job on our homeshow back drop. As usual I waited until the last two weeks before our show to order. Displays2Go did a fantastic job getting it done and shipped to me before our home show. I will definitely use them again.”

“I ordered three privacy displays each one had damage in shipping, bent brackets, dents and dings really shoddy. The welds are weak on the pole that you connect to and as a result the blind does not stay tight at the top.”

“Loved what I ordered and received it in a fairly timely fashion. There was a bit of damage in the upper corner of the cabinet, and not feeling like dealing with return, I managed to highlight the damaged area. Do love the cabinet, and the quality is excellent.”

“I love the display bank! The space for a large flyer is great for low-light areas, like this bar that supports our humane society endowment fund with cookie sales and "Ain't Your Grandma's Bingo" nights.”

“Maybe if you stop sending me things I will forget what company I ordered from. I was not at all happy. You're $250 lights should have probably cost $75 and after I didn't get them when I expected them and had to spend. $250 to get them sent by next day from Monday to Tuesday for the show. I was pretty bummed out.”

“I liked the product so I ordered 2. However, I didn’t like the lack of care in delivery of it. They were sent separately from the stands and was delivered staggered. One of the racks was bent abs the center pole can not be put through. I Don’t blame the company; just in contacting them about it and getting a response was difficult via email. The service however was good.”

“We bought this display to sell vintage paperbacks from and it works very well. We can fit 4 or 5 books on each shelf and it's spins easily without anything falling off because their is a backward slant on each holder. Instructions are pretty bad...not too surprised as this comes from China like everything else but we figured it out without too much trouble. Not super heavy but sturdy enough to do the job. Would buy a second one if we needed it!”
