The Immortal Bodysuit is thick but still stretchy enough to be comfortable and the embroidery is lush, Blaze Jumper is so chunky and warm and I finally got my hands on some Eden Jeans I've been wanting since they first came out! As well with some other things, proper pleased love Disturbia :)”
“I did an overseas order which, in the current times made it to me alright surprisingly but when I discovered the item I’d bought was too big, I immediately created a refund and bought the smaller size. I posted back my refund but it took longer than the 20 days that they state in their T&C. So I was given store credit, but as delivery back to them is totally out of my control, I contacted their customer service. It took multiple emails with multiple people on their end and me providing screenshots of my tracking number to prove I had sent it back in the right time for them to finally give me a refund in the end. But each reply back from them took days and days, so it wasn’t a great experience, especially with having to fight for a simple refund.
But now months later as I’ve been wearing the skirt in the smaller size I’ve discovered the seams are popping!! Its a flowy aline skirt, it is not tight by any means. All of this effort, and money wasted just for a subpar quality product. Literally never again.”

“International buyer beware
Made a mistake entering my shipping address and contacted them right away to fix it. Slow response form customer service and I was directed to work it out with the US carrier.
No US tracking from Whistl (international shipper they use) and was told to contact Disturbia. Item was undeliverable and lost.
In the end; no item. no refund.
Never buying from distrubia or and merchant that uses Whistl ever again.”
“I ordered an express set. For two weeks she did not leave and I begged support to call the carrier every day. But instead of doing this, they preferred to write letters stating that the order was somewhere at customs. As a result, when a month later the order was simply returned to them, they continued their high-quality service by the fact that they could not return the money and were waiting for something. I never got my money back. Fraud, never deal with them”
