I raised a dispute through Clearpay and have just received a full refund today through Clearpay. (December!)I’ve also read that another customer had managed to get a refund through their bank. So definitely worth trying, either bank or Clearpay app. Assuming klarna app might be the same.

This is the worst company I have ever used. Long delays for returns and have now been notified that they have ceased trading. Still chasing refund 2 months later. Absolutely shocking. If I could give a - rating I would. No wonder they’ve gone under.

Still waiting on a refund from 2 months ago. Whenever I email i just get the same reply so I'm guessing it's automated. Something about them having a back log of returns. And no wonder as their quality and sizing are questionable. Won't ever order again!

It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting.
They keep telling me my return is in a queue.
Absolutely ridiculous!
I will never order from this company again and I’d advise you to do the same.
