“Whilst I kept 2 items that were lovely. I returned 2, on 30th Oct which I got a notification that they have received them back and tbh I forgot about the refund, but having looked today, couldn't even find the company and obviously haven't recieved a refund. Any clues what to do next?”

“Clothes are lovely but now on day 27 of returning first lot if items and still no refund.Contacted them several times now only to be told there's a backlog. No offer to waive return postage as a way of apology for the lengthy time of refund. I am contacting my bank in a couple of days if i dont receive my refund as this is unacceptable.”

“Item returned 14/2/23 still no refund .emailed several times to get the same message reply each time ,says 21 days during busy periods bank holidays etc ,this isn’t a busy period ,1 month later still nothing appalling service and don’t understand why they feel the need to keep my money for so long ,won’t be ordering from this company again ,never experienced this from a company ever.”

“I purchased a pleated midi skirt which looks absolutely lovely in pictures i was really disappointed when it come with a huge black band waist that does not show in any pictures. Although you can tuck in skirt i do think it should be unnthe description!!”

“I’ve ordered quite a lot of stuff from this site as it all looks lovely online but majority of it I’ve sent back - it’s all sized mega small and it’s cheap quality & really over priced I won’t be ordering from them again.”

“I made a purchase on the 29th August, but unfortunately when the item arrived it wasn’t suitable for me. The quality was lovely, but the sizing and shape wasn’t any good for my myself. I returned the jumper on the 5th Sept and I still haven’t received a refund? I have messaged yourself and i feel like I’m just being rudely ignored. Just to clarify I have still not received a refund! Kind regards Natasha”
