I was initially hesitant to place an order due to some mixed reviews and uncertainty regarding the ordering process. I called their customer service number and spoke to a lovely lady who happily answered all my questions and provided me with the reassurance and confidence I needed.
After placing my order I immediately received a reassuring order confirmation email shortly followed by tracking and delivery information. I received my order, carefully and professionally packaged, the very next day!

“Ordered one of their more expensive EDC knives as a present and paid for Express Priority 1-2 days delivery.
I sent photographic evidence of age that Adam confirmed as acceptable the same day and stated that my order would be processed immediately.
One week later and still no delivery, no communication and no change of order status on their website, or within my account.
Strangely, my son has received his ordered items 4 days ago and he did not pay for Express delivery.
I firmly believe that my money was accepted via PayPal, along with the £7.00 delivery, for an item that immediately showed as 'Out of stock' and seems as though it was already out of stock at the ordering and payment stages.
Paypal have now stepped in, as I requested a full refund from Adam and then Mark at DNA Leisure but still did not receive any form of response from this company.
All of my other orders from many different companies all over the UK, made the same day and a few days later, have already been received, so COVID-19 can't be used as an excuse within the Luton area.
I originate from Caddington and have relatives in Round Green and their deliveries and postings are not affected at this time.
Sorry but I'm in my 60's and this is the first time that I've ever felt the need to review any company in this manner.
