I would say that ANGUSLTD*O/R/G did commendable effort of recovering all of my money after I fell victim to this scam firm.

Many of us have been tricked by those phony investment platforms, and I found myself unable to access my funds. I lost more than $280,000 to their scam. Thankfully, after I lodged a complaint with A M D A R K L I M I T E D *** C0M, I was able to recover my money and the profits I earned without any fees involved.

3 people died from knives sold from this place and now they’ve said they’ll stop selling knives…. I wonder if Toyota stopped selling cars after drunk drivers killed women and children? Doubt it. They’ve been infiltrated by brain rot labour ideals… blame the weapon… not the person. How many chefs kill people? How many carpenters kill people? How many bush crafters kill people? Or is it a problem with large cities, over population, over immigration and lack of opportunity and not a 6” bit of steel? This is the same logic that was used to seize guns in India so the government could be as violent as they wished. DNA should be ashamed of itself as a British company to fall victim to political pressure. Good look banning kitchen knives at pound land I can’t call you a special word these days so y’all are handicapped.

I’ve paid over £200 for something i was expecting to be delivered in a couple of days. Over three weeks later and i’m still waiting. Adam in customer services is like a robot, a robot that has no desire to give any kind of service to his customers. I’ve asked for my money back and am now being ignored and getting the silent treatment. A scam of a company! AVOID!!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a retay blank pistol which arrived in good time but without the magazine??? Very odd this wasn't checked before sending out. Tried emailing several times which just gets ignored.can never get them on the phone. What a waste of money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This company should be closed down immediately. It facilitated death in our streets and supplies children so they can kill and wound. I know there will be the apologists who make excuses but there is no need to have these knives and certainly no need to sell these to children. Disgusting.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a set of three knives from them on a Friday before the a bank holiday. I paid extra for fast delivery assuming it would arrive on the Wednesday or Thursday, only to get an email on Tuesday asking for ID (obviously meaning they hadn't sent it yet!!) I was not aware they were going to check my ID via an "electoral website". After asking them to change the delivery address as I was only there for a week (the main reason I wanted them fast) and to refund the fast delivery difference they took it upon themselves to give me a full refund and not send the item. The whole thing was managed very unprofessionally and to be honest felt like I was talking to a child who'd thrown there toys out the pram! Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from them.

Very Very Poor Service, Ordered a Civivi of the spec I wanted and recieved a knife of the same make and model but was £25 quid cheaper. Have opened a case with the bank due to incorrect item being received.

Took payment, no confirmation sent, no dispatch or tracking.....item not received. Ignored 3 written attempts at contact regarding order. Started a PayPal dispute with them, and hadn't the decency or professionalism to respond to that either. Disgraceful customer service.

Seems they don't like negative reviews. I left a review of a product I purchased "£15 Mystery Box" and it said that it will be reviewed by administration, it has been 48 hours and has not been accepted. It seems I cant find any reviews that are below 4 stars on there site, but I have no problems finding negative reviews elsewhere (like this site). I personally would stay away from this site. Also my review just said that I don't think the mystery box was worth it, as the total cost including shipping was £19.95 and the total cost of the knives i received where £19.90 and they say "You could receive 1 item or several items valued above the price of the selection."

I wouldn't bother , they may have cheaper options for some things on there but the customer service is terrible. And also if you cancel your order they take 20% as an admin fee just to let you know

Reviews saying received way more than the cost of the mystery boxes are nonsense. Paid £50 and the contents going by their own prices added up to £51.89. If people knew the cost difference was so little no one would buy them. Disappointing and pointless

Its a scam. Ignore the generic star reviews. Ordered a knife, got no confirmation or update. When i contacted them days later, they said they couldn't find me on electoral role (which I'm on) and they need my id. Still haven't received anything after suppling id. Avoid this place

Asked for ID and provided it straight away. 2 days later and no response to my emails and no change to order status. Paid for express delivery and not even a reply never mind shipped. I’d take a refund if it’s going to be like this but how if they won’t reply! I’d avoid

Ordered one of their more expensive EDC knives as a present and paid for Express Priority 1-2 days delivery. I sent photographic evidence of age that Adam confirmed as acceptable the same day and stated that my order would be processed immediately. One week later and still no delivery, no communication and no change of order status on their website, or within my account. Strangely, my son has received his ordered items 4 days ago and he did not pay for Express delivery. I firmly believe that my money was accepted via PayPal, along with the £7.00 delivery, for an item that immediately showed as 'Out of stock' and seems as though it was already out of stock at the ordering and payment stages. Paypal have now stepped in, as I requested a full refund from Adam and then Mark at DNA Leisure but still did not receive any form of response from this company. All of my other orders from many different companies all over the UK, made the same day and a few days later, have already been received, so COVID-19 can't be used as an excuse within the Luton area. I originate from Caddington and have relatives in Round Green and their deliveries and postings are not affected at this time. Sorry but I'm in my 60's and this is the first time that I've ever felt the need to review any company in this manner. Customer Service = 'buyer beware'.
