“I love the hair wrap, I won’t use a towel again! Unfortunately my coloured wrap has stained my towel rail. I have to be careful where I put it to dry. If it wasn’t for this I’d give it 5 stars. My advice- buy white!”

“Lovely colour and the button and elastic are really good quality. In all honesty, I don't feel it dries my hair. Also when buttoned back, the front of my hair is exposed and stays wet as the towel can't fit all my hair. When I dried the towel on my radiator, it stained the radiator green. I wouldn't advise purchasing if you have thick hair or hair longer than shoulder length. You can fold your hair but it makes it harder to pull back and keep the front of your hair in.”

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this! There's no set requirement for wearing the hair wraps as they're not designed to fully dry your hair but be a gentler alternative to a towel. We recommend wringing out your hair as much as possible, putting your products in, combing your hair and wrapping it up. It won't be completely dry when it comes out but its so gentle on your hair and you should be ready for styling ⭐️. In regards to the staining, our friendly Customer Service team will contact you directly 😊

“After reading reviews I purchased two scarves. Well I go to use it and its far too short for my hair, doesn't fit around my head or fasten. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A BIG HEAD. There's zero stretch. But I will say it is super absorbant and dried my hair within 20-30 mins.”

“I was not impressed with this he'd towel considering how much it cost me. the towel was soaking wet and so was my hair.”

Oh no Kirsty, that's the opposite of what it's supposed to do! The hair wraps as they're not designed to fully dry your hair but be a gentler alternative to a towel. They wick water out of hair quicker and more thoroughly than cotton towels which keeps your hair shiny and reduces frizz (still trying to work out the secret to frizz free!) They prevent breakage and promote moisture retention and should be able to cut your drying time down by loads! I recommend wringing out your hair as much as possible, putting your products in, combing your hair and wrapping it up. It won't be completely dry when it comes out but its so gentle on your hair and you should be ready for styling :) Let us know how you get on! Best wishes Sarah

“I love that the towels are fast drying, but after just a few uses they started to smell even though they were always hung to dry right away. And the hanging loop on one of the towels broke after the second use. I'm very disappointed. I'm hoping Dock and Bay can make this right.”

“The materiel makes it hard to breathe when wearing the mask, and they way they’re made it looks messy as the edge is uneven. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“I ordered three masks. One of them was coming unstitched when it arrived. The second one came unstuck Ed when I washed it. Not worn the third one yet, but I’m not impressed. Nice masks. Pity about the quality.”

“Brought some masks expecting it to be the same standard as the rest of their stuff but they were cheap and chinese made with other company instructions in chinese inside also very small!!”

“Not very pleased with. the quality of the towels. Extremely thin. You can feel every shell under you. Yes they seem to shake off SOME of the sand but only after shaking it extensively will you get the majority of sand out. I am talking Florida west coast sand. The colors are good and they do not smell after throwing them in the car for the trip home. yes they pack up well but the thin hanckerchif feel to them is not worth the money I spent. I will be requesting a refund for these towels as they are just too thin and do not live up to what is written about them repelling the sand.”

“Purchased 3 face masks as support throughout the pandemic however I’m quite displeased with the sizing as they did not fit my husband at all and they are quite tight on myself. Not well stitched overall. Would not recommend .”

“Great marketing, and the product itself looks fantastic. You pack it in your holiday suitcase, and you’re amazed at the room it doesn’t take up. Even better when you’re packing several of them into a beach bag. Lying on them on the beach, great again - the sand doesn’t stick as all the marketing material says. In fact the only ‘flaw’ (albeit it’s quite fundamental) is when you’re wet, coming out of the (cold in the UK!) sea, and want to dry off. Then, truth is, it’s like wrapping yourself in a snazzily-designed piece of baking parchment. Maybe it’s worth the trade off for the weight and design - and I’ve seen it said that you can’t expect them to be a nice, warm fluffy towel because they’re ‘different.’ Maybe that’s fair, but I’m not quite sure they fulfil all of the criteria for a towel either way... Jury’s out!”

“I focused so much on the “sand resistant” feature of this towel that I lost the detail of what this “towel” is made of. It’s basically an oversized microfiber towel that I use in the kitchen for cleaning. It’s thin, sure, because it’s a thin piece of microfiber. Somehow I expected a real towel that was a blended microfiber. If you travel a lot, I suppose this would do the trick. But I don’t want to sacrifice quality for space in my beach bag. There are plenty of other options these days for “sand resistant towels.” Don’t waste your money on this one. And yes, I lost money, because I had to pay $8 in shipping to return this.”
