“I placed my order on 30 March and have not yet received the final item- an Ancol cooling coat. As it is nearly a month since I ordered my 3 items I do not think this is good service. Would you please advise what has happened to my order and when I can expect to receive it. Regards Annette Lorimer”

“I bought a Clever dog cam when I returned to work after adopting a rescue dog. It was easy to set up despite the appallingly tiny instructions. However it only worked the first time and has not worked since. All attempts to get in touch with the company have failed so there is zero customer support. I am really disappointed and until the company work with me to resolve the issues, it is a complete waste of money”

“Very impressed with this doggy cam! I'm not technical at all but had this up and running in 5 minutes, got to be a record for me! Very impressed with the picture quality and just great to see what our dig gets up to when we're out - sleeping mainly!”

“Tested the cameras out and they are good. Not great, would be better if they went horizontal aswell but for the price they're good. I dont like the fact that more than 1 person can't view the cameras at the same time as it just removes the camera from your phone (or so it did with me and I couldn't reconnect it till I got home which isn't ideal especially when I have a 13 week old pup). Night mode is decent quality though. Overall a good product but could do with some improvements 🙂”
