“I was very disappointed that the items weren’t delivered on/near the requested date. The items have had to be frozen - which I had to request my cat sitter to unpack them and put them in the freezer as I was working away - and one of them has now broken in the freezer so before they’ve even been given to my dog they’ve had to be frozen and broken. Not ideal. If you offer a requested delivery date you should be able to stick to it. When I emailed I was just advised that the item would be made early anyway so they would just be freezing it instead of me. Not good.”
