Hi, I am wondering about my order #2023863. I placed the order on Dec 2, 2024. I was able to cancel the preorder item, and I requested the rest of the items to be canceled and refunded.
I haven't received any cancellation confirmation nor a refund. It's now Jan 4th and haven't heard anything anout the order.
Could you please double check and refund the rest of the order?
