“I love highland cows, so when a friend, who buys from here told me about this dress, I was so excited! I ordered the dress & when it arrived, I was so pleased, the fabric is gorgeous & soft, with a lovely soft stretch. It’s so cute!! I’m a size 24 & very busty, the fit was so nice”

“Unfortunately I got sent the wrong dress and was told I could return and be resent the correct on but they knew it had been labelled incorrectly. Then no confirmation of the arrival or my returns nor that my other dress had been sent out. Communication could definitely improve for customer service.”

“I’ve just emailed the customer service team as after two washes at the recommended temp, the red panda dress has a caught and lined effect on it. I’m gutted and now worried the other four dresses I bought in the same material from you will do the same.”
