“I have never purchased from Dolly & Dotty before although I had heard of them. I can say I found their website easy to use, and the payment page easy to follow. The delivery was quick ( I live in the highlands, and delivery always seems to take longer even though its mainland Scotland) The items I purchased are as described, and I am extremely happy with the quality of each item and the sizing. I will order with Dolly & Dotty again.”

“I am torn - I love some of the dresses but I have placed two orders in recent months, had to return an item from each order and have had to chase for a refund both times which is really disappointing. Really puts me off ordering again.”

“I bought a dress in size 8 which was a great fit! it didn't feel too hot in summer despite being black, which was great (summer heatwaves are usually terrible for someone with a gothic style!) The shipping was fast, the dress looks beautiful and the pockets are a great bonus! Thank you!”

“The dress is lovely, it's big in size, so I'd go one size down, but I can't speak for all their dresses, but this one was big anyway. Quick customer service, but very slow when it comes to refund. It was a while back that I sent the first dress back as it was too big, and 2 weeks later I still haven't heard anything about the refund. Hence the 3 stars and not 5.”
