“Beautiful dress unfortunately ordered the wrong size and despite immediately trying to change the size the wrong size was posted out I would reorder the dress but the sizes are really off putting I wouldn’t have a clue what size to get”

“The customer service is excellent with Dolly and Dotty. I bought quite a few dresses and had to return a couple with no problems. The beach themed dresses is great quality and very good value. It’s weighted and very stretchy so you can go down a couple of sizes which is a great feeling too. The cotton dresses are true to size and have a great style to it. Love the pockets in the dresses I chose too. Definitely will be buying more in the future.”

Hello Fiona, We're sorry about the inconvenience of your lost package. I understand your frustration, and I apologise that your package might be stolen. It's challenging when the proof of delivery indicates that the order reached your doorstep. The courier also won't respond to us. These are 3 items all in good condition when dispatched that are now lost, which is why it's hard for us to just refund or ask you to just choose 3 products as replacements because the tracking showed that the package is on your doorstep which you also confirmed it's your doorsteps, it's just that they might have been stolen. I hope you can understand us as a small company. If you want to expedite the investigation, I highly recommend reaching out to the courier directly to investigate further or check if there are any additional details they can provide. “I am a 63 year old woman from Austria, Europe and I orderd the "Lily Off Shoulder Book & Owl Dress". You don't deliver to Austria but your stuff made it possible anyway, which I am really grateful for. The dress arrived and I am so happy! Wonderfully made, very good quality and so colourful! ( I refuse to become a gery old woman!) It will be my favorite dress for the theatre, vernisages and concerts. A big thank you to all who made it possible for an old lady to be so happy. THANKS!”

“Fantastic range of gorgeous prints, and they fit me! Super-quick delivery too. I bought three dresses, with the intention of choosing two and returning the other one, but they all made me feel so elegant that I ended up keeping them all. I'm currently losing weight, and am already planning what dresses I'm going to buy when I need a smaller size!”
