Order accepted online. £193.90 debited. Goods not delivered. Repeatedly chased with only automated email response. Unable to contact by phone. Five weeks later, they confirm they cancelled my order in response to my complaint, but are refusing to refund me. Dreadful customer service. Will never buy from again. Have reported to Trading Standards”
“Mine was a simple order for products purportedly in stock but, after waiting 2 weeks without communication (during which time they took payment from my card), I raised a query. They then asked me to make further confirmations for my order "as soon as possible" to allow them to dispatch the goods. But this didn't happen, and - after three weeks, following a further holding query - I cancelled the order. When asked to confirm that a full refund had been payment, the seller responded - ambiguously and hardly reassuringly - that "necessary adjustments to your payment will be done accordingly". In this, my one experience of placing an order with them, I have had every reason to doubt their good faith and legitimacy. I have also opened a dispute with card provider. Save yourself the stress and hassle of dealing with this company by shopping elsewhere.”
“I am usually happy with their service, but this time will give them 1 star rating because your fast delivery for £3.95 is useless. Paid in full on 26/04 and got email back just today saying that my order will be with me on 4th of May- what a joke!!! Can you count how many days are between 26th of April and 4th of May?! Is that what you call fast service?? I usually use economy service and get it quicker, so basically you charge people for service you are not able to provide! And please don’t tell me is because of current situation, because I got a lot of orders now from eBay and they are here in 48hrs!”
“I got mu Collagen powder, however, I don't believe it is real product. There was powder top of the lid and also the whole tube looks different than Neocell products in the US. I contacted the company, no reply. I will take this further as far as needed if they do not reply and refund me.”

“Been waiting weeks for an order of baby formula that they listed as in stock on their site but actually didn't have in stock. They have kept my money and sent nothing and now are ignoring my messages, closing any enquiry I make within minutes without bothering to respond. Looks like I'll be having to claim the money back via my card provider at this rate.”
“I placed an order on 12th March, I still haven't received my order and absolutely no communication, it's absolutely disgusting, each day I open a case up and they literally close it within minutes!! I will also be reporting this company. Avoid using them! I will have to contact my bank to get my money back and use Holland and Barrett”
“I ordered and paid for two things last Tuesday and asked for it to have it shipped together on the friday, that’s now four days ago without any updates about the delivery. On the website it still only says “order received”.
All of a sudden I get a refund but still no email with an update or the thing I’ve ordered. I’m assuming the things were out of stock and they couldn’t be bothered to tell me. Will never ever use again or recommend to anyone.”
“I ordered 6 x Biona elderberry juice for around £20 a the beginning of March, it took them 2 weeks to tell me that they were cancelling my order implying that this was due to stock. Having checked the website today the same item is shown as in stock but now for £32.95. The owner is exploiting and profiteering from people’s need of provisions during a national emergency. I think that's pretty low. I have reported the owner Mr Ali Reza Ariyan to the Competition and Markets Authority and recommend anyone with a similar experience do the same.”
“Take money with no stock on board happened a few times. Though it's there fault they hold back any order that is available until stock arrives to save on postage..this could be anything from a week to never .. poor service !! Terrible customer service!!”

“I ordered 2 boxes of the protein bars. Both were in stock during the order. After 2 weeks, I got an email that the products I ordered are not available. I checked their website today, and they still listed the same product with info of "In Stock". What a shame.”
“Disrespectful and unhelpful messages is all I got from Dolphin Fitness when I enquired about the progress of my order, and then they simply fell silent, ignoring my query.
When I had not received any information regarding delivery, i.e. dispatch, deliver date, after 4 working days of placing an order of considerable value, I called customer service. One can't call direct, but have to leave a message on their answer phone service. I felt somewhat re-assured that it would my query would be 'fast-tracked' because I had provided the order number. Yet, no call-back, not on the same day, not the day after. So I resorted to emailing Dolphin Fitness with the same query, getting increasingly worried that my order had never been dispatched. Instead of being giving the relevant information, Dolphin Fitness wrote, "If you required this order by a certain date we do offer many delivery options for you to choose from." I then tried to place another call to ask them whether my order had been dispatched, again to no avail.
So I sent another email, including in it the question why I do not receive any call-backs, despite Dolphin Fitness's promise to do so - again, rather than the information I was requesting, I received this defensive, cynical response "Why would you call when you already have opened a line of communication via email?"
Shoddy attitude to customer service, they take a haughty stance and leave the customer reeling.”
