The third party company who I insured the product with did not enter the correct product details and now they won't repair or replace the product even though I've been paying on this product for over 2 years!

The problem with the machine has not been corrected even though someone has called 3 times. The finish liquid still does not go into the machine.

The tumble dryer repair went really well  and we were very happy, and the engineer was great, ufortunately the tumble has just developed a screeching noise which  requires repair. I presume this won't be sufficient to get and engineer back out. I will raise another call and will be happy to review afterwards. We have always been very satisfied with D&G service in the past.

I waited for six weeks to have my washing machine damaged parts to be replaced. But parts were difficult to obtain, in the end G&GI offered me a new washing machine which I'm most grateful for. I was also given a amount for the inconveniences costs which I was also happy for. I plan celebrate my birthday and my husbands birthday with the sum. Thank you so very much D,&G for chairing me up.

I have 2 appliances insured with domestic and general they have both broken down and the service from D & G has been second to none .Technicians that have come have been polite and put covers down which I appreciate them taking care of the room which they are working in

I have 4 appliances with D&G and over time all have been replaced without question. The service is exellent and as such I have the highest regard to the service they offer.

Since I spoke to your engineer my shower is still going more hot than cold. I haven't been very well the last few days which is why I haven't been in touch. I tried to ring this morning but before I spoke to anyone I got cut off.

I cannot fault them for their service. The only problem I find is that sometimes, you may have to wait a few days for the repair, but I sort of expect that by the time they have ordered the needed part for an older appliance.

Always greeted with happy and very helpful engineer who always did their utmost to correct the issue on the first call. But I do think that they are getting. Bit overpriced. I have been with D&G for many years of coverage with many appliances covered

Your engineer was excellent and, of course, I am pleased that you were able to fix my machine within 10 days and with no point-of-contact payment. However - your appointment-booking system is appalling. It appeared to be impossible to tell you that I would not accept an appointment before 7:30am or after 8pm
