“Sadly dishwasher STILL not received, though ordered OVER 2 weeks ago….. had to cancel extended warranty because when details came through it was with company with terrible reviews on trust pilot soooo….. well so far so poor!”

Hello Stuart We inform customers that dispatch to a GB postcode will take 7-10 days. Your item left our warehouse on the 26th November and the delivery is scheduled for today - the 8th working day. We apologise for the delay on your order however at this busy time of year and with the pressures that the HGV industry is under with staff shortages etc unfortunately delivery times can be at the top end of our estimate or slightly longer than stated. “On the Donaghy Bros' website I found exactly what I was looking for, and at a cheaper price than elsewhere. Due to a mistake on my part I had to call customer service after purchase and my difficulty was immediately resolved. The delivery was prompt and overall the experience was very very positive”

“I have already given a review but have no problem whatsoever writing another one. This company is absolutely amazing - not only do they deliver on time, but the service they give is second to none. They actually do care about their customers as I don’t know of any other company which actually sends a thank you email when purchasing goods. I urge anyone to buy from this wonderful company, and no, I am not getting paid for this review! I had been let down over and over until this company came along as a breath of fresh air.”
