“It started off so well. Ordered two upright Hotpoint freezers. Price was keen and the transaction smooth. Delivery southern Ireland. Quickly picked up for a 2-4 day delivery. Two weeks later they turn in. Product is good and I must admit the exchange with Donaghy (Sara) always responsive. Just let down by there delivery agent Caulfields otherwise it would have been 5 stars all round.”

“At the start of the COVID pandemic last year my washing machine broke down I called Donaghy brothers and they had one delivered to Downpatrick two days later First class service I have used them twice since”

“I was very pleased with the deal for my KitchenAid; it was the best price I had found by a considerable margin and with all the ‘extras too’. ( other retailers were not supplying the flexi blade, extra bowl or Guard) . Free postage and delivery within 2 days to England. Brilliant service! thank you!”

“Ordered a washing machine, then contacted them via email to arrange delivery date that suits me, which they agreed to do without any problem. I also received a phone call from the driver 30 mins before delivery. All good, no issues.”
